With this package, we’re working on a specific pain point, f.e. fear of being seen, lack of confidence, procrastination, or getting your mojo back in business. NOTE: These are just examples. With this package we can address any mental or emotional block that’s preventing you from moving forward.
To achieve lasting results, you need to take responsibility and be committed to the work. Consistency matters! This is why we’ll meet every week or at least every second week. The sessions are between 90 and 130 minutes long and consist of deep mindset work with Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and Life Coaching.
I’ll give you tools to apply for yourself at home and we’ll design strategies for you to implement in your everyday life. This way, you’ll form healthier habits to get you where you want to be with lasting results.
