In monthly coaching, we’re working on a specific pain point, f.e. fear of public speaking, anxiety, phobia, lack of motivation and shyness, or unwanted behaviours such as procrastination. NOTE: These are just examples of many more fears and behaviours that can be addressed with NLP Coaching.
To achieve lasting results, you need to take responsibility and be committed to the work. Consistency matters! This is why we’ll meet every week for a month. The sessions are 90 minutes long and consist of deep mindset work with Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and Life Coaching.
We’ll design strategies for you to implement in your everyday life. This way, you’ll form healthier habits to get you where you want to be. At the same time, our mindset work with NLP Coaching will ease the process for you to follow through. At the end of each month, you can make an informed decision on whether to extend your coaching for another month.
